Manufactured using unique abrasive grains coated to paper, cloth, film, vulcanised fibre or
synthetic backing, converted into different shapes such as belts, rolls, discs, sheets. For
applications including heavy-to-medium material removal, fine finishing, and light blending and
polishing.
Flap discs
Norton flap discs are engineered for multiple applications including heavy stock removal,
blending and finishing. Flap discs have a fast cut and provide a better finish than grinding wheel
while having the added benefit of a longer life than fiber.
No-fil (Sanding Disc)
Norton No-fil technology consistently outperforms conventional abrasives. It cuts faster, runs
cooler, resists loading better, and lasts longer to help maximize productivity.
Non-Woven Beartex
Norton Bear-Tex products consist of a non-woven web of nylon fibers impregnated throughout with abrasive grain and bonded with synthetic resins. This design produces a cushioned, threedimensional material that is extremely pliable and long lasting. The uniform dispersion of abrasive throughout the web provides a continuous supply of new grain as the old grain and fibers wear away during use.
Cylindrical Wheels
Cylindrical grinding wheels are typically used in the transportation and toolroom industries and are ideal for medium to heavy stock removal. If you are concerned with wheel life and total perpart grinding costs, our cylindrical grinding wheels increase production and decrease cost.

Grinding wheels
Grinding wheels for portable grinding applications. Norton manufactures a wide variety of resin bonded grinding wheels, in flat and cup shapes for portable snagging, grinding down and smoothing weld seams, cleaning metal before welding and levelling metal surfaces prior to welding.
